Should a product not meet your expectations or if it has a defect or is damaged, we invite you to make a return request on our website in the 'My Purchases / My account' menu, the 'My after-sales requests' function makes it easier for you to process this return. You can also contact our after-sales service by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1.30 p.m. to 6 p.m (Central Europe Time).
A little reminder of the procedure to follow when receiving your delivery: if a package seems damaged, do not forget to make distinctive reservations on the transport note. The deliverers of our carriers are required to check with you that the packages have not been subjected to any damage. Therefore, if you have any doubts, unpack the goods in the presence of the carrier. This is mandatory if damage is found. The "subject to unpacking” provision is not recognised by carriers. You are then to establish contact with our after-sales service as soon as possible.
